Greetings, in response to the caller about having computers and devices show up on his system. The best recommendation i could give him is to buy a cheap nat router. They can be picked up online for less than 20 dollars and connect all customer devices to it because of the nat the devices will not be visible. I do this myself a slightly different way. I have a UTM that allows multiple subnets and give client machines a completely isolated subnet.
