FileZilla is a great FTP client that I use all the time. You can get the Windows version [here], now you can get the Mac OS X version [here]

Hey Mike,
I’ve downloaded this util and want to ftp to my Xbox, but cannot figure out the config part….can you refer me to a good documentation that will help me set up Filezilla for this..
