Additions to parts of the show…
Online RSS reader: Inside the Net, with Amber and Leo interviewed the guys at http://newshutch.com , which is my current online reader, its great about updating, and they have a “Mark All Read” button which is the best! 🙂
And Dave Winer pointed me to http://reader.earthlink.net/ They both will import an opml file. Newshutch is my current favorite though, for the reasons stated above.
Bluetooth: Doesn’t seem to work with Palm OS. I had a Zire 72 and a nokia phone, and I thought that a bluetooth headphone that connected to both would allow me to really use the device. No joy on the Palm (My mp3 device), so I emailed Palm and they said no support for bluetooth audio for that OS. Just an FYI on bluetooth.
upconverting DVD player, thanks to http://www.htguys.com I got an OPPO 971 dvd player on ebay, it plays all formats reputedly, but I’ve not confirmed. The upconversion was great though.
