    However…
    Treat Muscle and Fitness magazine like a text book. Subscribe for a year if you can for full benefit.

    M&F; covers kinesiology of specific exercises (primary and secondary muscles worked), diet, strategy to overcome plateaus and break through info on health and fitness.

    The best advice I could give:
    Work chest and shoulders on different days since chest exercises tend to involve the shoulders as secondary muscles worked.

    Abs are small muscles that recover quickly. Work them everyday. Calves too.

    Symmetry is key.
    Chest=Back=Legs.
