Could list the of Change Management things that is suggested for tracking.
I am using Spiceworks for a Change Management process on the servers and network work devices.
It is one place that the techs are familiar with and easy to look up changes on a system or network switches and know when it was done.
A good thing that Spiceworks is doing now is the ability to download your network switch configs (depending on your model of device) and keep track of what changed and when it changed. And a tech can add a note to the change of the config so others know why it was changed etc.
