Mike,
Thanks for the suggestions. There are many other project collaboration applications that are present in the community. I am currently using CommuniClique which also falls under the radar as a web-based project management system. I am satisfy with CommuniClique but I am willing to test drive different software and opting for some change, is there any distinction in the services they supply before I make any changes?
