I've used this program a lot and I do like it as it is so easy to use.

However, I find that some people using Mac's find that all the characters are "gobbledygook" (as one person told me.) I think it is people with older Mac's that are using older operating systems that have these problems.

Any ideas as to why that happens or what I can do to lessen the problem?
