My Norton Antivirus Corpurate Edition 10.1 found Trojan.Zlob in FileZilla.
I am running a little erlier version, and there is NO trace of any Trojans. Make sure you are downloading from their site. This is too popular of a program for this not to get attention. I will check it out!
