Great link sent in by Jim. This program allows you to customize your installation of Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows 2003. You can integrate service packs and hotfixes from Microsoft directly into your windows distribution files without having to re-download and install them every time you need to re-install windows. nLite is the first thing that popped into my mind while listening to the last podcast when slipstreaming was mentioned. A very slick way of not only adding the lastest service pack into a customized XP build, but also for hotfixes, customized settings, additional files and so much more.
