Tweak UI
Here is an oldie but a goodie utility from Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP. I needed to use this utility for a client whom no longer wanted to see the Recycle Bin icon on his desktop. There are lots of other goodies contained within Tweak UI. Download it [here].

I will no longer listen to your show. I can get commercials on the radio.
Unfortunately bandwidth is not free. I either have to beg for donations or solicit advertising to cover the costs. I have been fortunate enough that advertisers are interested in my show and I do not have to burden my listeners to help me with bandwidth costs associated with the download of the podcast.
