Great show this week. GLAD you got DUGG!Good credit card advice!I enjoyed hearing about the troubles with local companies as well as your props to those who did what they should.As a customer service rep for several dot com companies, I have to pass a long the following advice...If you are not getting the assistance you expect, try (just once) to call back where you will deal with a different rep.I listen to those around me and it CAN make all the difference in the world.
That is very good advice. I have done that with tech support calls to Microsoft and HP and it does work sometimes.
