    Good credit card advice!

    I enjoyed hearing about the troubles with local companies as well as your props to those who did what they should.

    As a customer service rep for several dot com companies, I have to pass a long the following advice…

    If you are not getting the assistance you expect, try (just once) to call back where you will deal with a different rep.

    I listen to those around me and it CAN make all the difference in the world.

    That is very good advice. I have done that with tech support calls to Microsoft and HP and it does work sometimes.
